Roger Watson是英国赫尔大学护理学教授、高级护理杂志主编，在欧洲、澳大利亚和远东地区担任访问职位。他曾担任2008年英国研究评审工作小组成员及2014年卓越研究计划小组成员，也是香港研究资助局创始成员及全球护理未来顾问小组成员。曾发表了数百篇论文，并被高度引用，其中包括著作(撰写和编辑)、原创研究文章和形成社论的观点，并且在《前沿护理杂志》——世界上引用最高的学术护理杂志上担任编辑。

Resume：

Roger Watson is a nurse author and editor with an international reputation.

He is Professor of Nursing at the University of Hull, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Advanced Nursing and holds visiting positions in Europe, Australia and the Far East. He has served as a sub-panel member of the 2008 UK Research Assessment Exercise and the 2014 Research Excellence Framework and is a founding member of the Hong Kong Research Grants Council and a member of the Global Advisory Panel on the Future of Nursing. He has several hundred published and highly cited outputs including books (authored and edited), and original research articles and opinion forming editorials and commentaries, now edits Journal of Advanced Nursing, the highest cited academic nursing journal in the world.
