个人简单介绍：

万小娟，女，香港中文大学护理学博士，山东大学护理学硕士，讲师。扬州大学护理学院•公共卫生学院临床护理教研室。主持江苏省高校自然科学基金课题1项，江苏省人兽共患病重点实验室项目一项，扬州市科技局研究计划社会发展重点项目一项；研究方向为脑卒中患者的康复和社区慢病管理，发表文章50余篇，以第一作者在International Journal of Nursing Studies, Journal of Clinical Nursing，中华护理杂志等国内外著名期刊发表文章10余篇，其中包含医学一区文章3篇。曾获扬州市卫生健康委2023年度医学新技术引进二等奖、2022-2023年度扬州市自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖、国际Cochrane知识转化大赛铜奖、香港中文大学最佳学术奖等；现任国际Sigma Theta Tau护理协会香港分会社区带头人；扬州市护理学会呼吸内科专委会委员；江苏省抗癌协会康复会青年委员。
